    After just a few nights with Mellow, my neck pain that radiates down to the arm gets less intense. Unlike other pillows, the best part of Mellow is my shoulder, and arms have a place to rest.     I have suffered front Severe neck pain for years and years and have spent so much money on these so called Dr approved pillows. Not one has taken my neck pain away like this mellow pillow. The arthritis in my neck is so bad that I would wake up and not even be able to move my head/neck at all I would have to turn my entire body. 1 night of sleep on this and I was gone it has now been about a 3 week with 0 neck pain in the morning or through out the day I would recommend this pillow to anyone.
